What it is
The neck shows age through loose skin, vertical bands and fat under the chin. A neck lift addresses these together. It is often combined with a facelift or with neck liposuction.
How it is done
A small incision under the chin gives access to the neck muscle, which is tightened in the middle. Incisions behind the ears allow the skin to be lifted and the excess removed.
