KVKK Notice

This notice is given under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains who processes your personal data, for what purposes and on which legal grounds, to whom it is transferred, and how you can use your rights.

1. 01 Data controller

2. 02 Data we process

   • Identity: first and last name
   • Contact: phone number, email address
   • Request: your message and preferred language
   • Marketing: how you reached the site (campaign tags, ad click ID, previous site, first page), WhatsApp reference code
   • Location: approximate city and country derived from your IP address
   • Visual: photos you send for the online nose analysis
   • Health: medical information you choose to send
   • Usage: Google Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies

3. 03 Purposes

   • Answering your request and planning a consultation
   • Assessing your case and planning treatment
   • Arranging appointments, transfers and accommodation in Istanbul
   • Sending the follow-up messages you ask for
   • Measuring and improving how the website is used
   • Meeting legal obligations

4. 04 Collection method and legal grounds

   Data is collected electronically through the website forms, the online nose analysis, WhatsApp, email and cookies.

   • Taking steps before a contract at your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
   • Legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç)
   • Our legitimate interest in answering and following up requests and knowing which channel they came from (Art. 5/2-f)
   • Your explicit consent for analytics cookies (Art. 5/1)
   • Health data: processing by persons bound by medical confidentiality for diagnosis and treatment, or your explicit consent (Art. 6/3)

5. 05 Transfers

   • The clinic’s patient management system (CRM), to store requests and photos
   • Hostinger, which hosts the website
   • Google (Google Analytics), only with your consent
   • Meta (WhatsApp), only if you write to us there
   • Meta (Meta Pixel, ad measurement), only with your consent
   • Public authorities, when the law requires it

   Some of these providers store data outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made under KVKK Article 9 with the safeguards it provides, such as standard contracts.

6. 06 Cookies

   Strictly necessary storage keeps your cookie choice. It does not need consent.

   The source cookie rp_attr remembers for 60 days which ad or link brought you here, only if you accept cookies. Without consent this is kept only while the tab is open.

   Analytics cookies (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. They last up to 2 years. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

7. 07 Your rights (Article 11)

   • Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it
   • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
   • Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
   • Have incomplete or incorrect data corrected
   • Have your data deleted or destroyed under Article 7
   • Have corrections and deletions notified to the third parties who received the data
   • Object to a result against you that arises only from automated analysis
   • Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
